Wave Active (formally known as Wave Leisure Trust) in partnership with Lewes District Council, have started a significant programme of refurbishment of facilities across Downs Leisure Centre- Seaford, Lewes Leisure Centre, Peacehaven Leisure Centre and Seahaven Swim and Fitness Centre – Newhaven.
Works include updating ventilation systems and control panels which will see more efficient and environmentally friendly operating systems, reducing costs and impact on our local environment.
In addition, Peacehaven Leisure Centre and Downs Leisure Centre in Seaford are having external decorations completed, essential repairs and replacement to the metal roofs for both facilities.
We appreciate this may cause our customers and members minor disruption during these works over the summer period, however we continue to remain open and providing a full program of activities across all of our sites.
