This project will transform the facility into a fully equipped, modern fitness hub, to ensure we continue to meet your fitness needs and support your personal health goals.
During the gym expansion, there will be some temporary changes to Group Exercise Classes starting 2nd December.
Following the refurbishment, we will see an additional 15 classes per week and we are excited to announce the launch BRAND-NEW Functional Fit classes, designed to suit all fitness levels and ages. Including: Functional Fit, Functional Strength, Functional Core, Active Age Functional Fit and Junior Functional Fit!

Every day can be a group exercise day at Peacehaven Leisure Centre, with classes available throughout the day and for all abilities.
Whether you are new to exercising or experienced in a group setting, don't worry, our classes are for all abilities so please work at whatever level is right for you. Let the instructor know it's your first time and they will help you get started. Many of classes enable adaptations, regressions, and progressions to ensure we are catering for all abilities no matter what class you choose to participate in.
