Wellness Swims in our pools, are environments that are created for people to attend with others in a more relaxed environment and may be adjusted to accommodate participants needs.

Although some of our swim sessions are bookable via online or the Wave App, we also offer the ability to just turn up at the time of our sessions.
60+ Swim sessions are available for those aged 60 years and over to have time in the pool.

For leisurely swimmers aimed at those who are aged 60 years or over.
Therapeutic Swim sessions are aimed at disabled pool users and pool users who require, and enjoy, a calm and relaxing environment.
The sessions are capped at 20 swimmers to ensure a positive experience whilst in the pool, in a quieter and less busy environment.
Therapeutic Swim is available to book online, via the app or to drop in, according to availability.

Relaxa Swim is aimed at swimmers who are looking for a relaxing and calm environment to help feel more confident and independent, whilst enjoying the benefits of swimming and being in water.

A session designed for swimmers / pool users requiring a calm and relaxed swim experience.
#ThisGirlCan sessions are aimed at encouraging females into physical activity. The pool will have a single fast lane, a single medium lane, and an open section for free flow swimming.
#ThisGirlCan Swim is available to book online, via the app or to drop in, according to availability.

Adult only sessions are available to book online, via the app or to drop in, according to availability.
These sessions are suitable for those aged 16 years and over.
