Hillbrow Health and Wellbeing Group Exercise Timetables

Every day can be a group exercise day at Hillbrow Health and Wellbeing with classes available throughout the day and for all abilities.

Whether you are new to exercising or experienced in a group setting, don't worry, our classes are for all abilities so please work at whatever level is right for you. Let the instructor know it's your first time and they will help you get started. Many of classes enable adaptations, regressions, and progressions to ensure we are catering for all abilities no matter what class you choose to participate in.

+ These classes are suitable for those 14 years & over. All other classes are suitable for adults aged 16 years & above.

Please note that Active Age classes are suitable for older adults.

The class session includes any time taken to set-up and take-down equipment necessary for the activity.

If you cannot attend a class, please cancel online or by telephone 1 hour prior to the class commencing.
